Phase One: Practical Training – You Take the Lead

That’s why you choose the training task that suits your goals and set the timeline that fits your pace. The goal isn’t to rush, it’s to grow steadily and confidently.
You'll be working on a realistic, market-inspired task, designed to sharpen your skills in a practical setting, not just theory. And you won't be alone. You’ll get:

Phase Two: Performance Evaluation and Path Selection
After completing the first training project, we evaluate performance to determine the next step:

If the performance is not satisfactory, the talent is not excluded. Instead, they continue in the same project with comments to make it aligned with the market needs, or they are reassigned to a new training project aiming to enhance their weak points, with continued support and guidance to improve their skills.

If the performance is good, the talent moves on to a real, paid project, where they receive:

50% of the payment at the start of the project

50% upon successful completion

Performance is evaluated again based on execution quality.
